Trinity is the self-buffing offensive all-rounder of Lord Nine: Infinite Class (LordNine) — a hidden class whose damage comes less from raw numbers and more from the steady drip of buffs its kit layers onto you. It's a solid mid-table pick that ranged builds in particular get good mileage from, and it grows a real PvP case once the level 800 skill is on the bar.

How to Unlock Trinity
Hidden classes in LordNine unlock automatically when you carry a specific combination of six abilities at the same time. The combo is arranged as three slots with two interchangeable options each — you need one ability from both columns of every row, active simultaneously on the same character. Order doesn't matter, and the abilities can come from any base class you've leveled.
| Slot | Option A | Option B |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | ||
| 2 | ||
| 3 |
Swapping any qualifying ability out of your active build reverts the class until the combo lines up again — plan swaps carefully. For every other combo in the game, see the complete hidden class combination reference.
The Class Skill: a Rotating Buff Engine
![]()
Class Skill: Basic Attacks have a 100% chance to grant an Effect to the caster for a short duration. Effects are applied in the order of Attack Speed, Defense Penetration, and Critical Hit, circulating every 25 attacks.
How it plays: don't overthink it. The variables are volatile, and in practice nobody times their rotation around which buff is up — you just keep attacking, a new buff lands every 25 basic attacks, and the rolling uptime quietly outperforms what the tooltip suggests. Set it and forget it.
What Trinity Is Actually Good At
Two homes: PvE farming — normal-monster grinding and single-target work — and PvP once the 800 skill is available, where World Line Collision turns the class from a farmer into a teamfight threat.
One honest warning: the slot abilities in Trinity's combo are widely considered among the weakest in the game, passives and actives alike. You run them as the price of admission for the class package, not because the abilities themselves carry weight.
World Line Collision at Ability Level 800
A star-shaped nova around the caster: 150% + 150% Combined Damage with a +60% chance to stun for 5 seconds, hitting up to 10 targets. Five seconds is an eternity in a teamfight. Against opponents stacking status immunity from artifacts or skills the stun component does nothing — but when it lands, it decides fights, and the damage alone justifies pressing it.
Build: Weapons, Stats, and Relics
Bow and crossbow are the natural homes — but the class skill's stats are universal, so other weapons can run Trinity without wasting anything.
Relic priority: Origin of Destruction (Attack) first, then Barrier of Protection (Defense) and Magic Storm (Skill Damage) roughly equal, with Crystal of Life (HP) last — plan it out with the relic calculator.
Ability Total Level Bonuses
| Ability Total Level | Bonus |
|---|---|
| 100 | Defense Power +50 |
| 200 | Movement Speed +8% |
| 300 | Attack Speed +8% |
| 400 | Attack Power +70 |
| 500 | Attack Power +75, All Damage +3.5% |
| 600 | Landing an Attack Skill increases the caster's Attack Power, Accuracy, and Critical Hit for 60 sec. |
| 700 | Attack Power +100, Attack Speed +5% |
| 800 | World Line Collision — Deals 150% + 150% Combined Damage in a star-shaped area around the caster and inflicts Stun for 5 sec with a +60% chance. (Up to 10 targets) |
Your ability total level is the sum of every ability level on your build, so any ability you level walks you up the ladder. Milestones 100–500 come fairly quickly — the game hands out Expert and Maestro scrolls often. At 600 the wall starts: promoting an ability tag from level 90 to 100 takes a Master Scroll, crafted from 10 Maestro Scrolls, and you need six of them. 700 and 800 are long-haul goals if you rely on freebies and grinding alone — the 800 milestone effectively asks for four ability tags at level 140 and two at 120, where 100→120 costs one Master Scroll and 120→140 costs two more.
Verdict
Mid-table overall — on par with Sword Master and Frost Knight, behind Destroyer and Immortal Knight. The natural pick for bow and crossbow players, with a PvP ceiling that only really opens at ability level 800.
