About · Raidium

Built by the person who does the guild's paperwork

Raidium is a guild management platform for MMORPG communities — boss tracking, attendance, a points economy, and a loot system your members can actually trust.

Why Raidium exists

Raidium started the way most guild tools do: with a spreadsheet that stopped scaling. I'm Drekyz, the founder and developer of Raidium, and for years I've been the guild administrator — not the one giving speeches, the one doing the paperwork. Setting boss spawn timers, creating attendance records after every raid, starting the party rally, collecting the loot, deciding which drops go into guild storage and which get distributed. All of it ran on shared Google Sheets, Discord pins, alarm apps, and “who screenshotted the boss kill?” arguments.

The breaking point was world boss tracking. Our guild competed for bosses that spawn on fixed windows across time zones, and a single missed spawn could cost a week of progression items. Keeping the spawn schedule was my job, so somebody had to stay up doing mental math on respawn timers — and that somebody was me. I built a tool that did the math and pinged Discord instead. Then attendance tracking followed, then points, then the marketplace — and Raidium grew from a private script into the platform it is today: the entire admin workload, in one place, without the spreadsheets.

What Raidium does

Raidium gives each guild its own private, isolated workspace. The core systems work together as one economy:

  • Boss tracking — timer, scheduled, and hybrid spawn modes with automated Discord reminders, so no one has to be the human alarm clock.
  • Attendance — screenshot verification with OCR that extracts player names automatically, replacing manual roll calls.
  • Points & leaderboards — attendance earns points; weekly, monthly, and lifetime rankings keep the competition friendly.
  • Marketplace & requests — members spend earned points on loot through fixed-price sales, auctions, and a request queue with fairness limits built in.
  • Alliances — multi-guild coordination with shared loot rotation and funds distribution.

Raidium currently focuses on LordNine: Infinite, with guilds also running it for games like Ragnarok, Lost Ark, and Legend of Ymir. We also publish free calculators and simulators — no account required — covering relic upgrades, homunculus incubation, MP sustain, and gear enhancement.

How it's built and run

Raidium is independently built and operated — no publisher affiliation, no selling of member data. Every guild's data is isolated from every other guild's, and the platform is funded by optional guild subscriptions rather than by trading on your community's information. The details are spelled out in the privacy policy and terms of service.

Development is ongoing and driven by the guilds using it — most features on the roadmap started as a request in our Discord. I also write about guild management on the blog: DKP system design, loot drama prevention, boss timing across time zones, and honest write-ups of how Raidium's own systems work.
