Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Calvin Drakke Rulete, a sole trader doing business as Raidium (“Raidium”, “we”, “us”, “our”). They govern your use of the Raidium website at www.raidium.quest, the Raidium Android application, and any related services we provide (together, the “Service”).

By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a guild, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information at registration and to keep that information up to date.
• You may not share your account with anyone else, sell or transfer your account, or use someone else’s account without permission.
• If you discover or suspect any unauthorized use of your account, notify us at drekyz.business@gmail.com without delay.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or to infringe anyone else’s rights, including intellectual-property and privacy rights.
• Attempt to access data, accounts, or guilds you are not authorized to access, or circumvent the role-based permission system.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, except as part of a coordinated disclosure approved by us in writing.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except to the extent that this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise programmatically harvest data from the Service in a manner that is inconsistent with these Terms or that places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
• Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, fraudulent, malware, or that would constitute hate speech.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization.
• Use the Service in a way that interferes with other users or that disrupts our infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for conduct that we believe, in good faith, breaches these rules.

Some features of the Service are offered as paid subscriptions to guilds. Pricing and feature availability are described on the website at www.raidium.quest.

All paid subscriptions are sold and managed only on the Raidium website. The Raidium Android application does not sell digital goods or subscriptions; it is a client for accessing your existing account. To start, change, or cancel a subscription, sign in to www.raidium.quest from a web browser.

Subscriptions are billed for a fixed term (monthly, quarterly, biannual, or annual) chosen at purchase. Payments are processed by third-party providers — KAIA blockchain payments and PayMongo for fiat — and are subject to those providers’ terms.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once the subscription period has begun. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at drekyz.business@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge and we will review the request in good faith.

Raidium provides an in-guild points economy and marketplace as a coordination tool for guild leaders. Guild points, marketplace listings, request items, raffle prizes, and any similar in-guild items have no real-world monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and are not transferable outside of the guild that issued them.

We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or fulfillment of any item traded between guild members through the marketplace or request queue. Disputes over in-guild trades are between the guild and its members.

The Service, including its design, source code, branding, written content, and compilation of features, is owned by Calvin Drakke Rulete and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Game names, images, and trademarks referenced inside the Service are the property of their respective owners. Raidium is not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher.

You retain ownership of the content you upload (such as attendance screenshots and profile images), and you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, and display that content as needed to operate the Service for you and the members of your guild.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Guild administrators can archive a member account from the in-app user-management page; we mark archived accounts as inactive and clear sensitive fields on request, while preserving the guild’s historical records (audit logs, attendance records, point ledgers) so that the guild’s data stays consistent.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the Service to you would expose us to legal or operational risk. Where reasonable, we will give notice before doing so.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual-property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing-law clauses — will continue to apply.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and quiet enjoyment.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that it will operate in combination with any specific device, software, or network.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raidium and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in General Santos City, South Cotabato, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable right you have under the laws of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify you in-app, by email, or by both. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, stop using the Service.
